Have an old white eyeliner that is just no good and too hard on the eye? Maybe a shimmery eyeshadow you want to put to good use? Want to do a quick, easy beauty DIY for the heck of it? I did too. The best part, is that it's customizable to suit you.
For best results to use as a highlight, use an eyeliner or shadow that is shimmery to help it catch the light better.
I have no idea if this will be useful to anyone else, but it worked too well for me.
