Disconnect to Re-connect

Technology has its pros and cons; we are able to overcome hurdles with the advance in technologies (e.g. air travel, research, long distance communication)but apart from all the benefits some technological advances cause people to be distracted, overly stressed, and increasingly isolated.
We are being enslaved by our own inventions, and it’s ironic that, with the abundant use of social media we are getting more and more unsocial and are moving towards isolation. We would cut ourselves from the world by plugging headphones in our ears; we won’t bother to look up from our screens and see the world around us. We are turning in to a civilization of smart phones and dumb people.
This video shows we should have limited screen time and should able to spent time with those who are around us.
