Die for up and down side compression

Input: pink upper punch fixed to main slider of a press.
When the upper punch moves down, blue slotted bar, to which yellow die is fixed, moves down with a half speed.
Although grey lower punch is immobile, in fact both punches move into the yellow die of detachable structure.
