I CAN DO THINGS TODAY THAT I COULDN'T DO A MONTH AGO!!! I had trouble with my spine since I was 19 years old and I am 67 years old today but I feel, thanks to Dr. Joe, I can do things today that I couldn't do a month ago. Besides my neck, which was so bad I couldn't turn it and I used to cry from the pain. Since my visits with Dr Joe, I was able to join an exercise class which I never would have thought of doing before!
