I lost 'our' house today
The house that we picked together
You had so many plans for it
We were going to be so happy here
But then it all fell apart
And you left
And I stayed
In 'our' house

Many times I should have left this place
But I kept on fighting for it
For the ideal it represented
And now I have lost it
I lost 'our' house
The only home 'we' knew
And while 'we' are no more
I have failed 'us'
I lost 'our' house today…
