Manufactured by DePuy Orthopedics, certain DePuy metal-on-metal hip replacements have been the subject of over 2,000 lawsuits. DePuy has manufactured hip, knees and shoulder replacements for the last hundred years. As a division of the Johnson & Johnson organization, DePuy has sold their orthopedic replacement parts in Canada, the United Sates, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia.
