I love the way
The wind caresses
The sea at dawn
Urging her
To lap gently
The contours
Of lands end
Until cliff
And strand
Softly sigh
With a sunrise tide.

I love the way
The wave
Fans out upon
The shore
Rushing to touch me
With her passion
As I move along
The edges of a
Rushing surge.

And I love the way
Her moans
Fill my ears.
At night
Whispering
Her eternal presence.
Until my old heart
Stirs with longing.
