The latest surge in terror attacks and Dr. Ashraf Ghani blaming Pakistan for it has put pressure on Pakistan to restart the Afghan Taliban and Afghan Government talks. The Taliban are facing internal challenges after the demise of Mullah Omar was announced but external threats from the Daesh is complicating matters. Pakistan must act quickly.
