Defective Behringer RD-8 received today - bought new

This is 1/3 videos I just took of a Behringer RD-8 I received as a replacement for another defective one, which had been thrown over the gate where I live. This one was put directly into my hands by the driver, but all to no avail. It played only the BD and Ch when I started it up, following a video user guide someone had put on another video hosting site. The video clearly showed that user able to trigger all the sounds on his RD-8.
