At the car lot, Max tells David he’s had his gene test results – he’s in the clear. David informs Max he’s sourced them new untraceable computers. David collects Carol from hospital; she’s irked as he flirts with an attractive nurse. Back home, she’s not happy that Sonia and Bianca have made her a bed downstairs. Carol looks at a photo of herself in happier times, then retrieves her engagement ring and suggests going out for lunch. Carol insists she won’t be a victim and tells David to put the ring back on her finger – she wants to visit the registry office. Later, Carol and David present Sonia with a birthday cake and announce they have booked a wedding date - 27th May.
