Sole Technical lead responsible for the ECC to CRM design, layout, development and configuration of SAP's Case Management solution to mitigate old Java-layer based and existing out of the box SAP functionality for complaints in an easy to handle way. Utilized WebDynpro when establishing the CRM UI screens and views. Responsible for the SE11 Data Dictionary table maintenance, table maintenance generator, SM30 views, and Table include structures including ALV grid layouts. Worked on the CRM Component Workbench enhancing Inbound and Outbound plugs for CRM utilizing ABAP as well for Badi and Bapis and User Exits. Reduced DTE's Complaints by %70 percent due to enhancing Case Management by using Badis, Bapis, User Exits , Function Modules and utilizing the ABAP Workbench to enhance CRM via coding to automatically receive external emails/complaints and process them in SAP. Responsible for the Workflow configuration which includes many conditions, wait events, Mail Forms, and Org Unit/Position/User components. Responsible for conducting the Technical meetings for all WRICEF objects as well as performing the technical documentation.
