David Harris - Done and Gone

In our life we do many things,
some are funny, some are sad,
some we regret and leave us
wondering if could have done more
when they are done and gone.
We remember the incident so vividly,
thinking if I had done this instead of that,
things might be different now,
but even if we had changed our minds.
The outcome may have been the same
no matter what we did.
