Daniel P Martin - Madeline
3 Views • Jun 17, 2014
Description
To contemplate the plight; the years of uncertainty,
To consider what might have been,
Or worse; what may continue to be.
But I am lucky, for my mind suppresses such thoughts,
For even to imagine the imaginings of those left behind,
Or to draw the obvious potential comparisons,
Would, for certain be a weight beyond me.
And so, the small section of heart, which my mind will permit,
Goes out to that family; still wondering, still uncertain,
And I hope they can find peace,
Even if they never find Madeline.
