DANA'S MEMORIAL

Memorial video to Dana Fox who died on May 10, 2011. He was winner of the Arts council of Long Beach distinguished artist of the year award in2004. Dana was one of the premiere artists working in Long Beach, Ca and one of the best in the US. HE was also president of the oldest art gallery in Long Beach, LBArts, a non-profit..He was also a muralist who did the remarkable murals in the main branch of the Long Beach public library. Dana was very interested in Mexican Indian culture and did many paintings of it and its people. He also did fine landscape work of the Ca coast and eveyday things from the Queen Mary to Nuns. Many of his paintings can be seen on this video, especially at the end.
