CT Coeliac (Lateral approach) Plexus Block

Coeliac plexus block involves blocking the nerve impulses getting processed at or through the preganglionic splanchnic nerves, preganglionic parasympathetic fibres, postganglionic sympathetic fibres, sensory fibres from phrenic nerve and the coeliac ganglia. The earlier mentioned structures constitute coeliac plexus. We will be discussing the CT guided lateral approach for coeliac plexus block.
