Crispy Cauliflower Pakora
1 cauliflower
1/2 cup minced meat
Coriander leaf chopped 1/2 cup
1 cup of mashed potato
1 cup chopped onion
Chili chopped as needed
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of cornflower
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Cauliflower should be crushed and boiled in water



Make a dough by mixing cauliflower, minced meat, coriander leaves, potato mash, onion chopped, chili chopped, adequate amount of salt, cumin, flour together. Then mix the cornflower with water to make a mixture. Now make a ball with the mixture from the dough, dip it in cornflower and put it in breadcrumbs. Now put it in the oven with oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, I remove the ball from the breadcrumbs and put it in the pan.
I keep the balls when they are reddish.
