This tutorial will teach you how to make a wallet using Cheryl Mayberrys Dragon Scale Design. This is the tutorial that Jacy used when she first learned the Dragon Scale design.. \r
You will need one Rainbow Loom and approximately 1350 rubber bands to make this wallet. You can make it any color you would like. Jacy decided to make it more secure by sewing up the top and bottom and keeping the opening on the inside of the wallet. This would make a nice gift for Fathers Day or any day. \r
