Conveyancing Fees

The conveyancing fees are a collection of expenses that are incurred during the conveyancing process. Most commonly separated into solicitor fees and disbursement fees. Solicitor fees are paid for the solicitor’s time and expertise. Disbursements are third party expenses required during the conveyancing process. The conveyancing fees are best agreed upon before the conveyancing process begins to avoid disagreements.
