Almost fifty
Work to be done
Getting this body
That is not so young
In a bit better shape
It will take some time
But that is okay
I will try to not whine
I will eat healthy today
Exercise too
And one day my body
Will look like new.
(Well, maybe not like 'new', but it did rhyme.)
