I have some good principles
Taped on it
I see

Thinking
Okay, I understand
I want another cookie
So I take one.
I glance at the fridge again
I see
“Right mindfulness”
Knowing my mind
Wants me to have another cookie
So I take another one.
I glance again
Seeing
“Right effort”
And I move myself away
From the principles
Before I turn into
A
Cookie.
