Britons are being targeted by cold callers pretending to be from Microsoft phoning to fix a fake computer problem. Please remember: Microsoft does not make unsolicited phone calls to help you fix your computer. NO-ONE EVER telephones anyone out of the blue from Microsoft! Put the phone down. If your computer is running slow - take it to a computer shop for expert advise.
