Slugs and snails

These are most likely at the highest point of each planter's hit list. Slugs live in soil and snails in brickwork, so relying upon your garden you might be unfortunate and have both. There are nearly the same number of arrangements as there are plant specialists, so test a couple and see which works best for you. Placing them in salt water or offering them lager (in which they suffocate) are prevalent arrangements however you are left with a terrible mass of squishy cadavers.
