Here is my personnal collection of FX lightsabers produced by Master Replicas.
This video shows the sounds when powering on and off, and the humming.
It shows that the sounds depends on the saber.
From left to right : Darth Vader ANH (2007), Yoda ROTS (2007) and Anakin ROTS (2005)
