Coconut Laddoo, Coconut Balls

Coconut balls are so easy to make. You just need 2 ingredients!

Desiccated Coconut and Condensed Milk. That’s all you need to make delicious and super yummy homemade coconut balls or laddoo.

With this recipe, you can make roughly 10 balls

Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut
½ tin condensed milk
pinch of red dust color
pinch of green dust color

Method:
Take a bowl, mix desiccated coconut and condensed milk to make a sticky mixture. Divide it into 2 halfs. Add a pinch of red dust color in 1 half and mix very well. Add green color in other 1 and mix. Make small balls and roll into extra coconut. Before making balls, wash your hands and do not dry them completely. That way, the mixture won't stick on your hands. Firmly press to make sure that the balls will keep their shape.
Garnish them with some chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for about 15 to 30 minutes to set completely. Njoy!!
