Coalgate: CBI to file affidavit
Description
Days after Media reports suggested that investigation into Coalgate scam could have been controlled by the government, the CBI is likely to submit its affidavit in Supreme Court on Friday (April 26) . The development comes after the Apex Court directed the CBI to submit a written assurance that the document had not been shared with the political executive.
