⏭ How to Make Cloud 🥖Bread Recipe?

🔰Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

📌Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.

4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the whites.

5. Spoon the mixture into 6 even circles on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Allow to cool completely before removing from the parchment paper.

8. Use as a low-carb bread substitute for sandwiches or as a base for other recipes.

👍Note: Cloud bread is best consumed on the day it's made but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
