Cleans w/188½lb after the Block Cleans went very well! Hallelujah! This ol' body may just come around! 🤪 It ALWAYS feels horrible coming back from a layoff. You really gotta give it a couple of weeks for it to start feeling familiar. Keep at it, you'll come around. God Bless!
