Clean & Jerks 205lb

Started out w/45lb, 95lb, 115lb, 135lb, 165lb, 185lb topping out w/205lb. 1st lift w/205lb, l let the elbows drop, resulting in a sloppy Jerk, soooooo I made sure on the next lift to keep the elbows up, giving me a proper Jerk. This is the first time testing out last week's 'fix' Jerking from the front. It looks like my 'rediscovery' was bang on. Hallelujah! Now, it's onto more practice gettin' used to heavier weight.
