A kiss on the brow
Walking hand in hand
come to me now
So I can understand

Dreams in my heart
A wish that won't come true
Tears me apart
Like they all do

Noises at my window
Shadows on my floor
I scream into my pillow
I want this no more

I dream my dreams
Night after night
Muffle my screams
As I turn out the light

I lie in my bed
Eyes wide awake
Sheets over my head
More then I can take
