I smile as I wipe the blood from my sword,
Another victim,
Another vendetta finished,
The cries of agony,
Sound all around me,
Heavy are the hearts,
Of those,
That call for God,
Prayers of the dying,
Go unanswered,
Darkness is the light,
That binds us all,
Hollow breaths,
Of callous men,
Each facing death alone,
On our field of battle,
Blood and sweat,
Drip from the blades,
Men cut down,
Crying “God Why! ”,
This their crucifixion,
As blood pours from fresh wounds,
Death their fate,
Honor their reward…
