Choone Do Aasman - Series 1 - Promo

Choone Do Aasman - Series 1 is a series of 24 short films on the real life stories of children living in the slums of big and small cities. These were telecast on NDTV India from August 31 to October 31, 2009. The campaign was ended with an hour long panel discussion (Hum Log) hosted by Mr. Pankaj Pachauri on November 1, 2009. A special episode of Choone Do Aasman hosted by child actor Darsheel Safary was also telecast on Children’s Day November 14, 2009.

The series has been facilitated with the Asia Pacific Child Rights Award 2010 for advocacy through media and the INB Award 2010 as the best Hindi Documentary on television.
