Chocolate Mousse Trifle... (Recipe on @pabrecipes) Layers of indulgence and absolute deliciousness, almost a 'death by chocolate' sort of dessert!

These are the sorts of desserts I really enjoy bringing together because they use elements from recipes I've created in the past. The hero of this layered trifle is the 'light as a cloud' 3 ingredient eggless chocolate mousse, a recipe I've share earlier. It comes together in a matter of minutes, pipes well and holds beautifully. The eggless chocolate sponge is another quick one bowl recipe that now lives in my head, one that I make really often. 

All in all, this is a quick make ahead dessert that is really fuss free even if it looks like a lot of work. That mini chocolate bar ties the chocolate emotions together nicely, don't you think? It's one of my favourite ways to top a chocolate dessert!
