Chocolate Coffee Cake

Chocolate Coffee Cake... Where two favourite types of cake meet. This is my most fun eggless cake to make - a layered cake that meets a cavity cake, something I have made forever. I love how simply it comes together and how well the piped ganache holds the tiramisu inspired coffee mascarpone cream. 

Ticks all the boxes for a delicious dessert cake - chocolate, coffee, beautiful layers, pretty piping and a divine luscious coffee flavoured mascarpone filling. I make it often with just 2 layers but I think 3 layers adds to the charm, don't you think?
