Could you love me?
Depression,
Insecurity,
Neurosis,
Scars, both mental and physical.
Could you look past all those things,
And see me for who I really am?
I know it’s difficult to take it all in,
But all I really am,
Is this afraid little girl,
Longing for someone,
To tell her it’s all going to be ok.
