Chicken patties
Boiling chicken
* 4 chicken thighs
* 4-5 clove chop garlic
* 1 inch ginger chop
* 4-5 spicy chilli chop
* 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
* 1 tbsp soya sauce
Boil and shredded
* 1 medium potato boil and mash
* 1 large chop onion
* 1/2 small bell pepper chop ( optional)
* 3 mild chilli chop ( optional)
* 3 tbsp fresh coriander ( optional)
* 1 tbsp all purpose flour
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp garlic and herbs mix
* 1 tsp whole cumin
* Puff pastry sheets or block
* 2 tbsp butter
* 3/4 cup milk
* Salt to taste
* Egg for egg-wash
Note : 24 puff patties
