Quick n easy recipe , prepare and refrigerate for later use.
Use in sandwich, salad , noodles , pizza , omelette, burgers etc

Chicken Chunks

Ingredients
************
Boneless chicken : 1/2 kg
Bread : 2 slices
Green Chilies : 5
Egg : 1
Button Red Chilies : 6-7
Fresh Coriander : 1 tbsp
Tikka masala : 1 1/2 tsp
Cornflour : 1 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Chaat Masala :1 1/2 tsp **(forgot to mention in video)

Method

Grind all ingredients .

Microwave Method
********************
Spread plastic sheet on microwave safe dish
Spread prepared mixture evenly
Cover & Cook in microwave for 5 min
***If u cook in small batches ,it will take less time to cook .
Take out and cut in small chunks

Steam Or Bake
***************
Grease cake pan
Spread mixture evenly
Cook in steamer for 15 minutes
OR
Bake at 180 degree for 15 minutes
Cut in small chunks

***Use as required or refrigerate for later use.
***U can saute it before use in very little oil , before add in any thing
***If u want to make it more spicy , increase button red chilies

Hari Mirch : 5
Gol Lal Mirch : 6-7
Hara Dhania : 1 khanay ka chamach
Tikka Masala: 1 1/2 chai ka chamach
Cornflour : 1 khanay ka chamach
Namak : 1 chai ka chamach
Chaat masala : 1 1/2 chai ka chamach ( video may chaat masala mention kerna bhool gai )
Oil : 3 khanay ka chamach

Steamer may 15 minute kay liyay paka lain
ya phir
Oven may 180 degree pr 15 minute kay liyay bake ker lain
chotay tukron may kaat lain

*** Agar aap chotay hison may pakain gay to cooking or baking time bhi kum ho jayga
***Issay freeze bhi ker saktay hain
***Chahain to kisi dish may dalnay say pehlay chunks ko 1 khanay kay chamach oil may halka fry bhi ker saktay hain
***Agar aap ko ziyada tikha kerna ho to lal mirch burha lain
***Chicken chunks ko salad, sandwich , burgers, rolls, omelette,noodles, pizza wagaira may sahmil ker saktay hain
