Cheesy Stuffed Peppers
Few ingredients from the fridge, combine & create hearty appetizer!
Ingredients:
10-12 Peppers
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup boiled Corn
1/4 cup diced onions
Directions:
Slit peppers.
Combine rest of the ingredients and mix.
Stuff peppers with cheese mix. Place stuffed peppers in the tray & bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Take out & Enjoy!
