This is part 2 of the 2011 Canadian International Consensus Review. Part 3 will be the actual table that was created for diagnostic criteria. I looked horrid because I was feeling incredibly terrible. You can also see that I used a LOT of bronzer so as to not blind everyone by my pale skin.
