A chakra balance has almost become a life essential these days, just as many now consider a regular massage in a similar vein. This also seems to be becoming more evident from the number of requests we have been getting lately about how to go about doing this.
I am assuming that you have an understanding of chakras and the role they play in maintaining your status quo. But just in case you don’t, we will give them a quick visit.
Chakras are the energy centres of your body and are an integral part of your subtle body, i.e. your bio-magnetic or energy field. They are seen as spinning vortexes of subtle energy or light. The word Chakra comes from Sanskrit and means ‘wheel,’ with chakras so named because clairvoyants and yogis perceive them as whirling disks of light.
