ALLOWS US TO ARCHIVE ALL OF OUR HISTORY! BARNES CUSTOM ENTERPRISES We have been a Cbeyond customer since 2005. We use the fax-to-email service because it allows us to archive all of our history. Cbeyond has been very reliable. When they originally came to us, the pricing structure that they provided was significantly better than anything else we'd seen. And the bundle together was able to give us everything we wanted in order to carry on the daily business without having to worry about the details.

NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE!!! In the five years I have been here we have minimal amount of telephone problems, and we have expanded our services because we had good technical support to assist us in implementing the changes. We do not have any problems with the service, thus that exceeds my expectations, because you always expect something to go wrong!
