ONLY TROUBLE QUICKLY RESOLVED TO OUR SATISFACTION!! I have actually already referred CBeyond to a couple of folks I know. Everything has gone very smooth with the change over and now several months into the contract things continue to go smooth. Our only trouble was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. VERY, VERY PATIENT!!! We've experienced good and fast service since being a Cbeyond customer. The customer service people I have talked to speak English clearly and are very, very patient. Cbeyond's service works great, but when there is a glitch, I can usually get it fixed within the day, thanks to outstanding customer service!
