Cats Does Corona

8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 2020 Episode 2 was filmed in late 2019 but did not air until 7th August 2020, by which time the Coronavirus pandemic was well underway and the United Kingdom was subject to stringent disease control regulations which meant, among other things, that filming new episodes of a series like this one would be very difficult.

In this letters round, Jon Richardson gets the word "Corona", which he describes as "the halo you get 'round the sun during the eclipse". The term doesn't garner much attention from the rest of the panelists.

This is an example of what TV Tropes calls a "Funny Aneurysm Moment", where something that was comedic at the time takes on dark connotations in retrospect due to later events.
