They talk about birds,
They talk about dreams,
They talk about all the mystical things.

Everything I had and believed once upon a time,
This story was my reality,
Truth is now though my fairy tale caught fire to the forest,
It burned away my love as it flared,
While it spread,
Like your lies across the ocean.

Everything I once had and believed in,
Turned upside down,
This world doesn't have to make stories,
Nor make since.

That's the way things work,
No I'm staring at the remaining ashes,
Glad it's all gone,
Now I can move on,
Yeah I've got now stories in store for me.
