Description

Today I wanted to talk about encroachments. An encroachment is something which protrudes into the neighboring lot. It could be a fence, a building, or a house. In this video I give an example of a fence that encroaches by 15 feet. If you have an encroachment or suspect that you might then you need to call a Licensed Land Surveyor to come out and fix it.
