Description

Toe taps are an easy way to add variety to running stairs. Engage the core by adding a few high knees into the mix. Mix it up even more by adding a jumping jack every 8 taps. Try doing 20sec work 10 sec rest for 8 rounds. Recover for 2 minutes then repeat.
