Canada Cowboy Dances Through the Snow

Heavy snowfall across the US and Canada this week may have caused complications and frustrated many, but one man in Quebec wasn’t about to let the white stuff get in his way of having a good time. Wearing a cowboy hat, the quirky fun-lover decided to get outside and dance along the side of the road in the falling snow.
