Mpemba Effect Demonstrated in Quebec, Canada

Well-known family vlogger David Freiheit recently demonstrated the Mpemba effect when freezing hot water in -28°C conditions at home in Quebec, Canada.

“I spent the entire day boiling a huge lobster pot of water, running down to the lake and throwing it in the air, trying to get the perfect Mpemba effect.
