Justin Bieber is making headlines again, and it’s for all the wrong reasons. ‘The Biebs’ was arrested last Thursday in Miami for drag racing waaay past his bedtime. He was released later that same day on a paltry $2,500 bail and then promptly took off to vacation in Panama, where he can get away with even more petty crimes than he does here in America. BUSTED!
