This Video shows a building footprint dataset. With the MultiUse Zonal Change Detection 2016 (MUZCD2016) comes the 3D Buiding Volume Calculator. It takes the building footprints and a surface (DEM) in order to calculate the ground level and the volume all. This information is stored as attribute.
