BSE closes 69.00 points down on May 18

New Delhi, May 18 (ANI):Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 69.00 points down to stand at 25,704.61. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed20.60 points down to stand at 7,870.15. Polaris Consulting & Services Limited and Piramal Enterprises Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 9.11%and 7.30% along with Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd and Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd with an increase of 5.25% and 5.13% respectively, while the top losers of group A includesHathway Cable & Datacom Ltd and Monsanto India Ltd with a decrease of 6.05% and 5.92% along with Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd and Glaxosmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd with a decrease of 5.04% and 3.63% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 233.43 points at 18197.23 while the Banking sector is down 18.81points at 19058.94 and the Realty sector is up 28.94 points at 1397.97. The Indian currency is 0.16% up with Rs. 66.98 per dollar.
